Photo Guidelines
۱. فرمت و اندازه (Format & Size)
  • عکس‌ها باید ۲ × ۲ اینچ باشند.
  • قسمت بالای شانه‌ها باید در عکس قابل مشاهده باشد.
  • صورت باید بین ۶۰ تا ۷۵ درصد عکس را پوشش دهد.
  • فاصله چانه تا تاج سر باید بین ۱ تا ۱.۵ اینچ باشد.
  • عکس باید حداکثر مربوط به ۳ ماه گذشته باشد.

  • Photographs should be 2 × 2 inches.
  • The top of the shoulders must be visible.
  • The face must cover between 60% and 75% of the photograph.
  • The distance from the chin to the crown of the head should be between 1 and 1.5 inches.
  • The photograph must have been taken within the last 3 months.
۲. پس‌زمینه (Background)
  • پس‌زمینه پشت سر باید کاملاً سفید و ساده باشد.
  • هیچ سایه‌ای نباید روی پس‌زمینه دیده شود.
  • فقط متقاضی باید در عکس باشد و هیچ شخص یا شیء دیگری در عکس وجود نداشته باشد.

  • The background should be plain and white.
  • No shadows should appear on the background.
  • The photograph should show only the person being photographed; no other persons or objects should appear in the photo.
۳. حالت صورت (Facial Expression)
  • دهان باید بسته باشد.
  • حالت صورت باید کاملاً طبیعی و خنثی باشد.
  • از خندیدن، اخم کردن یا ایجاد هرگونه حالت غیرطبیعی در صورت خودداری شود.
  • نگاه باید مستقیم به دوربین باشد.

  • You must have a neutral expression with your mouth closed.
  • The facial expression must be completely natural.
  • No laughing, frowning, or making faces.
  • An indirect gaze is not acceptable.
۴. نورپردازی (Lighting)
  • نور باید به‌طور یکنواخت روی صورت پخش شده باشد.
  • هیچ سایه یا انعکاس نوری روی صورت مجاز نیست.
  • چشم‌ها نباید قرمز شده باشند.

  • The face must be evenly illuminated by the camera flash.
  • Reflections or shadows on the face must be avoided.
  • Red eyes must not be present in the photograph.
۵. کیفیت عکس (Photo Quality)
  • عکس باید رنگی باشد.
  • وضوح چاپ عکس باید حداقل ۶۰۰ dpi باشد.
  • عکس باید روی کاغذ باکیفیت چاپ شود.

  • The photograph must be in color.
  • The print resolution must be at least 600 dpi.
  • The photograph should be printed on high-quality paper.
۶. وضعیت سر (Head Position)
  • سر نباید خم یا کج باشد.
  • صورت و سر باید کاملاً رو به دوربین باشند و هیچ چرخش یا انحرافی نداشته باشند.
  • سر باید مستقیماً و بدون زاویه به سمت دوربین باشد.
  • برای آقایان: مقدار مساوی از هر دو گوش و گونه باید قابل مشاهده باشد.

  • The head must be neither tilted nor turned.
  • Your head must be square to the camera; your face must not be slightly rotated or tilted.
  • Your face and eyes must be straight toward the camera so that an equal amount of each ear and cheek is visible (for men).
۷. چشم‌ها (Eyes)
  • نگاه باید مستقیماً به دوربین باشد.
  • چشم‌ها باید باز و کاملاً قابل مشاهده باشند.
  • موها نباید جلوی چشم‌ها را بپوشانند.
  • دوربین هنگام عکسبرداری باید هم‌سطح چشم باشد.

  • The person in the photograph must look directly into the camera.
  • The eyes must be open and clearly visible and must not be covered by hair.
  • The camera lens must be at eye level, not above or below the person being photographed.
۸. حجاب (Head Covering)
  • حجاب برای بانوان الزامی است.
  • صورت باید از زیر چانه تا بالای پیشانی کاملاً مشخص باشد.
  • حجاب نباید روی صورت سایه ایجاد کند.

  • Head covering is required for women.
  • The face must be visible from the lower tip of the chin to the forehead.
  • The head covering must not cast any shadows on the face.
۹. تمرکز و وضوح (Focus & Clarity)
  • تمرکز عکس باید روی صورت باشد.
  • صورت باید در تمام قسمت‌ها کاملاً واضح، شفاف و با کنتراست مناسب باشد.
  • عکس نباید تار باشد.

  • The face must be sharply focused in all areas, with good contrast and clarity.
  • The photograph must not be blurry.
۱۰. نکات مهم (Important Notes)
  • عکس‌های اسکن‌شده از مدارک رسمی مانند گواهینامه، گذرنامه و سایر مدارک قابل قبول نیستند.
  • عکس‌های کم‌کیفیت، عکس‌های دستگاه‌های عکاسی خودکار، عکس‌های نامناسب گرفته‌شده با تلفن همراه و عکس‌های تمام‌قد پذیرفته نمی‌شوند.
  • هنگام عکس‌برداری از نوزاد یا کودک خردسال، اطمینان حاصل کنید که شخص دیگری در عکس نباشد. کودک را در آغوش نگیرید. یک پارچه سفید روی زمین یا تخت قرار دهید، کودک را روی آن بخوابانید و سپس از بالا از صورت او عکس بگیرید.
  • اطمینان حاصل کنید که چشم‌های کودک باز باشد و سایه‌ای روی صورت او نیفتاده باشد.
  • لطفاً نام، نام خانوادگی، نام پدر، شماره شناسنامه و تاریخ تولد خود را پشت تمامی عکس‌ها بنویسید.
  • در صورت رعایت نکردن موارد فوق، نمایندگی از شما درخواست عکس جدید خواهد کرد و پرونده شما در حالت تعویق قرار خواهد گرفت.
  • در برخی موارد، ممکن است پرونده بدون انجام هیچ‌گونه امور کنسولی عودت داده شود.

  • Photos digitally scanned from driver’s licenses, passports, or other official documents are not acceptable.
  • Low-quality photographs, vending-machine photographs, unsuitable mobile-phone photographs, and full-length photographs are not acceptable.
  • When taking a photograph of your baby or toddler, make sure that no other person appears in the photo. Do not hold your child in your arms. Instead, place a white cloth on the floor or a bed, lay the child on it, and take the photograph from above.
  • Make sure that the child’s eyes are open and that there are no shadows on the face.
  • Please write your first name, last name, father’s name, birth certificate ID number, and date of birth on the back of all photographs.
  • If the above guidelines are not followed, the representative will request a new photograph, and your case will be put on hold.
  • In some cases, the file may be returned without completing any consular procedures.
